  • About the Role

    Our Growth Manager will broaden the market for environmental credits across geographies and resource types. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their permitting needs and craft mitigation solutions. There are multiple backgrounds that could prepare someone well for this role. If you have experience in enterprise sales, client management, and/or navigating go-to-market strategies, this role could be for you. And if you combine that experience with an understanding of environmental regulations and permitting, we’d really love to connect. Above all, we are most excited about applicants with experience in business development, developing new growth markets, and have a passion for the environment. 

     

    Preference will be given to candidates able to work out of Magnolia’s Philadelphia, PA office on a full-time or hybrid basis.

    Specific Job Responsibilities

    • Cultivate a sales pipeline with public and private sector clients

    • Manage client relationships and identify opportunities to deepen engagements with our existing buyers

    • Formulate go-to-market strategies for expansion into new environmental markets

    • Develop business proposals for potential buyers

    Qualifications

    While there are limited hard experience criteria for this role, we will be looking for someone with a proven record of account management, sales development, professional client interaction, and workplace accountability.

     

    • Bachelor’s degree

    • Experience in enterprise sales, client management, and/or developing go-to-market strategies strongly preferred

    • Working knowledge of environmental regulations and permitting preferred
